Return / Refund Policy

We offer NO-HASSLE 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY on our returnable** products EVEN AFTER 1ST WASH. If you do not like a product or it does not fit well or due to any other reasons you want to return, then we will issue you a refund subject to arrival of returnable product in appropriate condition with original packing, tag & label.

Please follow the these steps to initiate a return and get the refund against your purchase from www.OleleKids.com :


  1. Write us an email to olele@upmanyugroup.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and send an invoice copy with the email. We may ask for some additional information as well; if required.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order.
  3. Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep.
  4. Reverse Pickup usually takes 5 - 7 days from the day the request is initiated.
  5. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it can take up to 3-5 days for us to receive the returned product.
  6. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will see whether we can make a full refund or partial refund. Accordingly, we will refund you to your same account through which you had made the payment to us.

**Pre-Orders, Socks, Stockings & Accessories can not be returned or exchanged. Used, washed, damaged or laundered products can not be returned/exchanged. Products tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.

Good to Know :

    • We offer reverse pick up for the majority of pincodes in India. But if reverse pick up is not available for your pincode, then we would request you to send the product back to us at our warehouse address. And if reverse shipment is done by you, then we will not deduct the reverse pick up charge.
    • If it is a case of exchange, we can only offer exchanges based on availability of size upon receiving the return product and not before that.
    • Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days to get your refund done after we have received the return product.
    • Images on the website are clicked with lighting effects due to which sometimes the colour of the actual product may vary from the image taken.
    • Shipping charges are not refundable which is approx INR 100 per kg weight.
    • We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India.
    • Reverse pick up charges (INR 120 per 500g weight of shipment) will be applied for all orders
    • We may refuse your refund / exchange request if receive :
      • Merchandise without original packing, tags and labels.
      • Merchandise that have lotion or body glitter on them.
      • Merchandise that is soiled or stained.
      • Merchandise that has human & animal/pet hair on them.
      • Merchandise that smell of cigarette smoke, body odour or perfume.
      • Merchandise that is burnt or destroyed using some chemical


We’re possibly the only kidswear brand in India who accepts the return of its merchandise (products) even after the first wash. In order to avoid the possible misuse of our unique policy, please note that we accept returns only if any of four major manufacturing defects are found. We do not entertain defects built deliberately with the sole intention to enjoy refund after use of the product. 

Four major manufacturing defects are :

  1. Shrinkage
  2. Bleeding 
  3. Button Fall
  4. Stains

Olele loves its honest customers and committed to offer the best quality products for little ones. We hold the rights to not accept any returns / exchanges / refund from customers who will abuse the above policy.
