How do I find the right size?

In order to make sure you order the right size every time, please see our product page. On every product, we have one image describing the "measurement of that very product". You are requested to kindly look at the measurement given and decide the right size accordingly. All dresses are made with exact match of given size chart only. 

How much is the shipping cost for within India and also for International?

At present we offer FREE shipping on all orders within India. For International shipping it varies based on location and weight. If you're willing to get the delivery for International location, we will calculate and advise post your order confirmation.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will take up to 4-7 business day to arrive. For 3tier cities it can take 7-10 working days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are considered non-working days.

What is your refund / return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it and we will issue you refund. You just need to return the product unworn, in sellable condition with tags attached and packed in the original box / packing within 14 days. Read our return / refund policy for more details.

How to cancel my order?

  • Once an order is place it can be cancelled until the order is dispatched. Please call us on +91-8076534406 or email us on olele@upmanyugroup.com to cancel your order.
  • If the order is shipped, we can not cancel the order.
  • Incase a COD order is rejected, we would not be able to provide that service again to the customer in future. 

What if I want to exchange for a different size or color?

Your exchange must be processed as a return and/or reorder. Please follow the steps in our return/refund policy and then reorder on our website. We are always there to assist you at olele@upmanyugroup.com.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept Bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and cash-on-delivery as payment.

I did not receive my order. What do I do?

Please contact us at olele@upmanyugroup.com, and we will initiate a thorough search of your shipment with the logistics company.
