Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return or exchange request, you need to follow this link -

If your return is accepted,
- We will initiate the reverse pick up to get the parcel collected from you.

- In an event if your address is not coming under our reverse pick up service area, we will request you to send the item back to our warehouse.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom made products or the products purchased at more than 90% discounts are not returnable. 


We offer one time FREE exchange for purchases made within India. International (outside India) orders are not exchangeable.


Against all pre-paid orders, we make refund in original payment method we received. INR 120 will be deducted as re-stocking charge in case or pre-paid orders. 

Due to accounting issue, we can not refund against COD orders. Only store credit can be issued with a deduction of INR 120 as restocking charge + INR 150 as COD charge.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (only for pre-paid) within 48 business hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 7 business days have passed without refund since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
