Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return or exchange request, you need to follow this link - https://olelekids.ecoreturns.ai/apps/ecoreturnsai/

If your return is accepted,
- We will initiate the reverse pick up to get the parcel collected from you.

- In an event if your address is not coming under our reverse pick up service area, we will request you to send the item back to our warehouse.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom made products or the products purchased at price INR 499  or lower can not be returned. Also we can't arrange return shipping from locations like Jammu & Kashmir as well as Andaman Nicobar. But customers can return the parcel at their own expense to get the applicable refund.

Exchanges

We offer one time FREE exchange for purchases made within India. International (outside India) orders are not exchangeable.

Refunds

FOR PRE-PAID ORDERS
Against all pre-paid orders, we refund in original payment method automatically. YOU WILL GET 100% REFUND  against your pre-paid orders. 

FOR COD ORDERS
Due to accounting issue, against COD orders we issue store credit only. Flat INR 120 restocking charge + INR 150 COD charge++ will be deducted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (only for pre-paid) within 48 business hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
